Mars and Brandy Rolly Cake
It was my Big brother’s birthday recently so baked him a birthday cake. A chocolate rolly cake with lil pieces of mars bar smothered in cream because I had to incorporate the delicious brandy cream we had failed to use over the christmas holiday, with its belgian chocolate flakes and general yumminess (i think they should sell this stuff year round). Besides that’s what January birthdays are for . . . that and getting presents in the sales!
